Woodvale Flat, Renton, Loch Lomond Apartment

This place is conveniently located with nice views of the surrounding highlands and Balloch, making it a good spot to stay in the area.

The accommodation was lovely located next to the back stairs/communal garden throughout the night as well as surrounding highlands, that's what I was expecting. Booked this apartment for 4 nights, they were excellent and I would recommend it😃😃

All in all, it is excellent base for staying in Renton. The bathroom is clean, relaxing after a long day. The venue is housed in a pretty building.

We got excellent value for our money at Woodvale Flat. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable two-night stay. The location was great, with shops nearby for any last-minute necessities, and it was a short walk to the train station for easy access to Loch Lomond and the charming village of Balloch.

The morning meal could have been better with more breakfast options available.

The location of the flat is ideal, being close to shops and amenities. the flat itself is clean and suitable for a short stay. the presence of take-away menus and games is a bonus for families.

The cleanliness of the carpets and kitchen sponges was not satisfactory, and some areas had a strange smell. the neighbors were noisy and the freezer had open bags of food.

The flat was spotlessly clean and James, the host, was incredibly attentive to his guests' needs. It was mind-blowing how he fixed the toilet seat after just one text! The flat was perfect for a young family, with plenty of books, board games, and DVDs available. The smart TV was a bit confusing, but the freeview option worked fine. The location was super convenient, with Loch Lomond and all its attractions just a 5-minute drive away. We felt safe and secure in the flat, and I would definitely recommend it to any able-bodied families.

This made it convenient for trips to Balloch, a lovely village on the water with many dining options. The castle grounds in Balloch were fine, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. we felt safe and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is located in a lovely building. Beautiful rooms for the kids to have a kick about that you can use too.- It has coffee & tea makers, a fridge, and an oven.

The Woodvale Flat in Renton was a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The flat had all the amenities I needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It was great to relax on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful garden views. The two bedrooms were just what I needed, and the bed linen and towels provided were clean and comfortable. the apartment felt like a home away from home.

While the apartment had a DVD player, I personally didn't find it necessary during my stay.

The decoration of the apartment was lovely, with a cozy and homely feel that made me feel comfortable during my stay. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, which was important for me as a senior person. The hotel's accessibility was also commendable, with easy access to the ground floor flat and no hassles with stairs or elevators.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of catering to the needs of senior guests.

Although we had a wonderful stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The immediate area surrounding the flat was not particularly picturesque, and there were no local pubs or restaurants within walking distance.

Great location for exploring Loch Lomond. Train station within walking distance, making it easy to visit nearby villages and attractions. Plenty of places to eat in Balloch, a lovely little village on the water. The castle grounds in Balloch are beautiful and worth a visit. Enjoyed our stay during Christmas, the festive atmosphere was lovely.

The immediate area around the hotel was not very picturesque. No local pubs or restaurants, so a taxi or driver is necessary to get to the nearest dining options.
